For 130 years, 4 generations of the French Gendreau family have succeeded one another to offer us the rarity of an exceptional product: fresh sardines, worked in an artisanal way and canned by hand.
Local and sustainable fishing. Our sardines and anchovies are fished a few miles off the coast between Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, Ile d'Yeu, Noirmoutier and Ile de Ré, France. Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie is the only sardine fishing port to have been awarded the "Site Remarquable du Goût" label.
